and cold foie gras with kumquats or gnocchi with morels,
asparagus and braised veal. At the restaurant 808, guests are
served fare such as roast duck with lilikoi-caramel glaze. Chef
Jean-Marie Josselin achieved culinary fame in Hawaii, and the
name of his restaurant reflects the island's zip code. A third
dining choice, Vialé offers casual ambience and serves
traditional Italian fare and specialty coffees for breakfasts,
lunches and dinners.
Recently renovated, the four-tower Caesars Palace has 2,399
guestrooms and suites that feature Caesar's signature bathrooms
with marble and brass vanities and marble tubs. Tower Rooms boast
nine foot high ceilings, classic decor and oversized jetted
bathtubs. Caesars Palace offers Las Vegas visitors abundant
